Upcoming Project
Herndon Armstrong Professional Center is located on the northwest corner of Herndon and Armstrong in Clovis California. The site is comprised on ten 5,000 square foot buildings, one 8,000 square foot building and one future bank site. Construction began in the fall on 2007. Currently four buildings are under construction with completion of those buildings in the summer of 2008. The project has a mix of buildings for sale or lease.
