A very special thank you to our custom home builder

This is our way of thanking a very special general contractor for going far and beyond any measure of a standard call of duty. Many of our friends have gone through a miserable experience with their contractor in the process of building their custom home. Unlike our friends experiences, the building of our home was fun and exciting thanks to the energy and enthusiasm of Greg Butler. Because of his efforts, we would like to publicly acknowledge and personally thank Greg Butler for his extraordinary attention to quality and detail, his vision and creativity, and his special heart-warming way of making the building of our home such a treasured experience.

May you, Greg Butler, become the "hottest" custom home builder in the Valley.

With Sincerest Appreciation,
Greg and Debbie Barletta

Apologies for the delay in communicating our satisfaction with the renovations completed at the 795 Pollasky Ave. facility. More importantly is to extend our compliments and gratitude to Scott Butler for the efficiency and quality of the workmanship and the timing in which the project was completed. On more than one occasion we have had to ask Scott for some special favors related to our installations, and he has been most cooperative in assisting in any way possible. Your input as to his character and integrity was certainly confirmed during this period. Our best wishes for a happy holiday period and a healthy and prosperous New Year. We look forward to working with you in the years to come.
Sincerely,

Dear Greg:

Now that we have been in our beautiful Butler home for almost one year, we thought it was time to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding job Thomas R. Butler, Inc did during all phases of the project.

From the valuable input during the design phase with the architect, construction and the PG&E rebate battle, all aspects flowed smoothly.

The professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by Thomas R. Butler Inc should be the envy of all developers. I will continue to refer friends who plan on constructing a new home to your firm.

Again, congratulations on such a wonderful, unique playhouse.
Most Sincerely,

Dear Greg:

On behalf of the 2000 Chairman of the Board Leo Wilson and the entire BIA membership, thank you for your active service on the BIA Board of Directors.

As you know, BIAs director rotation system stipulates a one year term of service, that concludes after the associations annual meeting. As such, your term of service will conclude on November 16.

In 2000 this association addressed over 50 different issues of importance to companies involved in the building industry. Your personal involvement on the BIA Board of Directors contributed directly to BIAs successful defense of affordable housing in our region. Although you will not be voting member of the Board of Directors in the coming year, your expertise continues to be much appreciated and your attendance and participation at both the committee and Board level is always welcomed.

Again thank you for your willingness to serve on the BIA Board of Directors during this past year.

Sincerely,

Jeffery B. Harris
